I recently completed my PhD in Cell Biology and am currently residing in Kalamazoo, Michigan while figuring out what to do with my life now that, for the first time ever, I am no longer a student. I love to fill my time baking and cooking. I am relatively recently turned vegan, but I still bake non-vegan cakes and goodies for other people. I'm looking forward to venturing into the world of vegan baking soon!
